Robert Bosch GmbH.

Starting my professional career with the graduate management and trainee program in the Chassis Systems division of the Robert Bosch GmbH. Begin of the business management trainee program in August 2004. My assignments were:

From 02/2006 in Stuttgart:  corporate planning

 

08/2005 - 02/2006: Campinas/Brazil - logistics department

-  Introduction of a logistics controlling 

    - Analysis and redesign of the actual process of freight controlling

    - Analysis of the profitability of Milkruns

-  Introduction of leveling of the production line "disc brake" 

 

02 - 07/2005: Blaichach - financial controlling

-  Personnel costs

-  Participation on the Business Plan 2006ff.

-  Cost effective analysis

 

08/2004 - 02/2005: Blaichach - logistics

-  Optimization of the processes in the despatching departmetn. introduction of a tool in order to improve the quality and information within the department

-  Introduction of a divisionwide controlling of inventories 

-  Planning  and procurement of parts for the generation ABS 8.0 and motors

-  Projects within the scope of Bosch Production Systems especially in the range of Milkruns. 

 

2003 (12 weeks) Hoerbiger Nippon K.K., in Narita near Tokio/Japan.

Internship:

Development and elaboration of a MS Access Database in order to govern data concerning quotations, orders, article numbers and supplier data.

Analysis of the processes within the company; mapping of the work flow by dint of Aris Software and elaboration of solutions of rationalization the work flow.

2003 (12 weeks)

 

Hoerbiger Corporation of America, Pompano Beach, Florida/USA.

Accounting und Controlling Department - Internship.

Elaboration of presentation about different solutions for electronic payment e.g. ACH, EDI, wire transfer; Analysing the advantages and disadvantages of each solution.

Analysis of sales of different service locations for segment reporting

Exploration of work flow in the company and conduction of a plan suggesting improvements.

 

2002 (12 weeks)

Siemens AG, Atea in Huizingen/Belgium.

Financial Controlling - Internship.

Developing of a detailed analysis of the profitability of the service mounting and installation.

Analysis of costs in different reporting systems and editing data for the technical management.

Conduction of presentation for the technical management showing the results of thecost analysis and the income statement.

 

2001 (8 weeks)

Siemens AG, Munich, Germany.

Financial controlling at ICN Access Solutions - Internship.

Analysis of overhead costs in SAP R/3.

Familiarized with reporting structures of Profit and Loss Controllings.

Analysis of monthly development of income statement.

 

2001 (6 weeks)      

 

Haindl GmbH & Co. KG, Schongau (today: UPM Kymmene), Germany.

Purchasing, management of stock and accounts - Internship.

Experience work in different departments of a medium-sized company.

Acquaint myself with the  work flow in the company, especially information and material flow.
